Contract Manager — D-ICT Sustainment (PROF Level 5)
The Directorate of Deployed ICT (D-ICT) within Joint Capabilities Group (JCG) requires a Contract Manager to deliver procurement planning, tendering, contract formation and contract management activities in compliance with Defence legislation and procurement policy.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver procurement planning, tendering and contract formation activities ensuring compliance with legislation, procurement policies, processes and procedures
- Deliver weekly report on contract status of D-ICT Sustainment Contracts including issues, risks and performance
- Provide written advice, direction and assistance on procurement policy, technical, commercial, legal and financial matters
- Produce procurement documentation including templates, schedules, correspondence, reports, submissions, plans, strategies, risk and performance reviews and contract change proposals
- Deliver compliance and risk documentation demonstrating application of legal principles, legislative and policy obligations
Essential Criteria
- Demonstrated experience in government contract management and procurement
- Knowledge of Commonwealth Procurement Rules (CPR) and PGPA Act
- Current NV1 security clearance (or above)

Primary location: 109 Kent Street, Deakin ACT 2600. Remote work subject to Commonwealth prior written consent via DREAMS.
