NextContract is operated by Nathana Holdings Pty Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). We are committed to protecting your personal information and handling it in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

We may collect: your name, contact details (email, phone), location, resume/CV, work history, qualifications, skills, and security clearance level. For recruiters, we collect company details. We also collect account information when you register.

2. How we collect it

We collect personal information directly from you when you create an account, submit your resume, apply for a role, or refer a candidate. We may also receive candidate information from referrers and from recruitment sources where permitted. Where we receive your information from a third party, you may contact us to access, correct, or request deletion of that information.

3. Why we collect it

We use your information to match candidates with contract opportunities, facilitate job applications and referrals, allow recruiters to consider you for roles, and operate and improve our services.

4. Automated processing

We use automated tools, including artificial intelligence, to parse resumes and to generate suitability "match scores" between candidates and roles. These scores assist recruiters in their assessment but do not solely determine any outcome. You may contact us for more information about this processing.

5. Who we share it with

Candidate information may be made available to verified recruiters using our platform for the purpose of considering you for contract roles. We do not sell your personal information. We may use third-party service providers (such as cloud hosting and email delivery) who are bound to protect your information.

6. How we store and protect it

Your information is stored on secured servers hosted in cloud infrastructure. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and restricted database access.

7. Accessing, correcting or deleting your information

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at the address below. Registered jobseekers can also view and edit much of their information directly via their profile. We will respond to requests within a reasonable period.

8. Data breaches

In the event of a data breach likely to result in serious harm, we will notify affected individuals and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) in accordance with the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.
