Operations Deputy Manager — D-ICT Sustainment (AVMT Level 5)

The Directorate of Deployed ICT (D-ICT) within Joint Capabilities Group (JCG) requires an Operations Deputy Manager to provide oversight of operational networks, patching activities and service delivery for Deployed ICT capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver quarterly reviews on patching deferrals submitted to DICT, trending against sustained operational networks with recommendations for improvement
• Deliver monthly forecasts on Exercise and Operational activities for DICT operational networks for publishing on the Defence Secret Network (DSN)
• Deliver quarterly reviews of Service Operations owned documentation including assessments of Service Assurance Manager deliverable recommendations
• Deliver monthly reports on DICT Projects forecast to deliver into DICT Operations, including assessments on workforce and technical capacity to absorb

Essential Criteria

• Demonstrated experience in ICT operations management within a Defence or government environment
• Strong understanding of ITSM frameworks and operational governance
• Current NV1 security clearance (or above)
• Familiarity with ITAR and Defence export control requirements
