Operations Assurance Manager — D-ICT Sustainment (AVMT Level 5)

The Directorate of Deployed ICT (D-ICT) within Joint Capabilities Group (JCG) requires two Operations Assurance Managers to deliver quality assurance and continuous improvement across incident, problem, knowledge and request management processes.

Note: 2 positions available.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver quarterly reviews on execution of Incident Management against published processes with recommendations for improvement
• Deliver quarterly reviews on execution of Problem Management against published processes with recommendations for improvement
• Deliver quarterly reviews on execution of Knowledge Management against published processes with recommendations for improvement
• Deliver quarterly reviews on execution of Request Management against published processes with recommendations for improvement

Essential Criteria

• Demonstrated experience in ITSM operations assurance or service management within Defence or government
• Strong analytical and reporting capability
• Current NV1 security clearance (or above)
• ITIL Foundation or higher desirable
