PMO Deputy Manager — D-ICT Sustainment (PRMG Level 5)
The Directorate of Deployed ICT (D-ICT) within Joint Capabilities Group (JCG) requires a Programme Management Office (PgMO) Deputy Manager to act for the PgMO Manager and assure programme reporting, governance and delivery integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Act for the PgMO Manager during absences, ensuring continuous operation of governance and reporting functions
- Validate and integrate weekly and monthly reporting to J6 Operation Support, Head of Cyber Operations and CMR Program Assurance Forums (PAFs)
- Validate Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and Benefits Realisation Plan (BRP) updates — report monthly on integrity, alignment and dependencies
- Assure inputs to the Staged Review Board (SRB) and track decisions, actions and directions through to implementation with fortnightly updates
- Ensure consistent, traceable reporting from product/project level through SRB to programme governance
- Enforce reporting cadence and ensure risks, issues and assurance activities are accurately reflected and escalated
Essential Criteria
- Demonstrated experience in programme management office functions within a complex Defence or government environment
- Strong governance, reporting and assurance capability
- Current NV1 security clearance (or above)

Primary location: 109 Kent Street, Deakin ACT 2600. Remote work subject to Commonwealth prior written consent via DREAMS.
