PMO Governance Coordinator — D-ICT Sustainment (PRMG Level 5)

The Directorate of Deployed ICT (D-ICT) within Joint Capabilities Group (JCG) requires a PMO Governance Coordinator to plan, schedule and coordinate program governance forums and maintain governance registers and artefacts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate governance forums — plan, schedule and coordinate SRB, PAF and associated Working Groups ensuring agendas, papers and logistics are prepared and delivered per governance requirements
  • Produce meeting minutes and actions register tracking all governance actions and decisions with clear ownership, due dates and accountability
  • Produce and maintain accurate governance registers including action logs, decision registers, meeting records and governance artefact trackers
  • Manage storage, version control and accessibility of governance artefacts ensuring documentation is complete, current and auditable

Essential Criteria

  • Demonstrated experience in governance coordination within a Defence or government programme environment
  • Strong administrative, organisational and documentation skills
  • Current NV1 security clearance (or above)

Work Arrangements

Primary location: 109 Kent Street, Deakin ACT 2600. Remote work subject to Commonwealth prior written consent via DREAMS.
