PMO Governance Manager — D-ICT Sustainment (PRMG Level 5)

The Directorate of Deployed ICT (D-ICT) within Joint Capabilities Group (JCG) requires a PMO Governance Manager to establish and maintain governance frameworks, processes and Terms of Reference that support D-ICT's strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain governance frameworks, processes and Terms of Reference with processes for continuous improvement and annual review
  • Produce a meeting register for Director and Branch Head-level governance forums tracking follow-up actions and decisions from senior forums
  • Produce and deliver a quarterly governance report identifying governance risks, gaps, inefficiencies and recommending practical improvements
  • Conduct recording, tracking and minuting of senior governance (EL2 or above) forums

Essential Criteria

  • Demonstrated experience establishing and managing governance frameworks in a Defence or government programme environment
  • Strong written communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Current NV1 security clearance (or above)

Work Arrangements

Primary location: 109 Kent Street, Deakin ACT 2600. Remote work subject to Commonwealth prior written consent via DREAMS.
