PMO Governance Manager — D-ICT Sustainment (PRMG Level 5)
The Directorate of Deployed ICT (D-ICT) within Joint Capabilities Group (JCG) requires a PMO Governance Manager to establish and maintain governance frameworks, processes and Terms of Reference that support D-ICT's strategic direction.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain governance frameworks, processes and Terms of Reference with processes for continuous improvement and annual review
- Produce a meeting register for Director and Branch Head-level governance forums tracking follow-up actions and decisions from senior forums
- Produce and deliver a quarterly governance report identifying governance risks, gaps, inefficiencies and recommending practical improvements
- Conduct recording, tracking and minuting of senior governance (EL2 or above) forums
Essential Criteria
- Demonstrated experience establishing and managing governance frameworks in a Defence or government programme environment
- Strong written communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Current NV1 security clearance (or above)
