PMO Strategy Manager — D-ICT Sustainment (PRMG Level 5)
The Directorate of Deployed ICT (D-ICT) within Joint Capabilities Group (JCG) requires a PMO Strategy Manager to manage the Work Take-On Register and drive maturity of PMO intake processes, templates and workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain and manage the Work Take-On Register capturing all submissions, triage decisions and status updates
- Deliver proposals meeting minimum entry requirements for Stage 0 (Initiation) and Stage 1 (Planning and Mobilisation) as defined in the PMO Strategy
- Provide guidance to proponents on PMO processes, artefact expectations and governance entry criteria
- Coordinate artefact readiness reviews ensuring each initiative produces a compliant Project Initiation Brief (PIB) prior to governance endorsement
- Deliver a quarterly report on ongoing refinement of Work Take-On processes, templates and workflows within the PMO framework
- Produce a lessons learnt register from previous intake cycles to improve triage criteria and assurance guidance
Essential Criteria
- Demonstrated experience in PMO strategy, intake management and governance in a Defence or government environment
- Strong process improvement and stakeholder engagement capability
- Current NV1 security clearance (or above)
