Portfolio Manager — Coalition Services (POMG Level 5)

The Directorate of Multinational Relations and Interoperability (DMRI), within Joint Capabilities Group (JCG), requires a Portfolio Manager to support the delivery of Coalition Services Integration (CSI) capabilities including the CCEB Pegasus Program, the Defence Gateway Environment and the wider Defence Multi-national Standalone Environment (DMSE).

Overview

This role provides service management leadership across the Coalition systems portfolio, supporting business and operational transformation, change enablement, and the integration of national Defence processes with international processes. The successful candidate will represent JCG interests nationally and Australian interests multi-nationally across technical and engineering forums.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic and delivery input toward the achievement of Coalition Systems outcomes
  • Plan, develop and deliver the approved Project Plan and Schedule
  • Support DMRI business and operational transformation aligned to the ICT Operating Model and Network Sustainment Plan
  • Support CCEB initiatives including the redevelopment of ACP 230 and change enablement processes
  • Integrate national Defence change processes with international processes (DSMS), including reporting and SOP maintenance
  • Provide subject matter expertise on business changes, dependencies and priorities

Essential Criteria

  • Certification, qualifications and experience in ICT change management and business change
  • Current NV1 security clearance (or above)

Work Arrangements

On-site at Anzac Park West, 51 Constitution Ave, Parkes ACT 2600 (and Deakin ACT for ASIMOV). Government furnished facilities including a Defence PC on the DPN/DSN provided. Remote work subject to Commonwealth prior written approval.
