Project Manager

Nathana Holdings is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead delivery of the DDG International Engagement Project, a high-profile Defence initiative supporting Australia's Five Eyes and AUKUS Pillar II digital partnerships. You'll manage multiple concurrent sub-projects, working directly with Defence Digital Group's Military Platform Integration team to deliver mission-critical capability to allied and coalition partners.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end delivery of the project against DDG project management standards, coordinating multiple sub-projects under International Engagement.
• Build and maintain project schedules, driving on-time delivery of milestones.
• Manage budget, cost tracking and expenditure within approved tolerances.
• Run scope, quality, risk and issue management processes.
• Lead meetings with Defence stakeholders and supporting service providers.
• Negotiate with vendors, outsourcers and contractors as required.
• Prepare reports and recommendations for senior Defence governance forums.
• Build relationships across International Engagement stakeholders and industry partners.

What you'll bring

• 5+ years leading ICT projects or programs, ideally within federal government or Defence.
• A track record of delivering on time, on budget and within scope.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, negotiation and reporting skills.
• Comfort operating in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Project.
• Minimum NV1 clearance required.
