Security Lead

Nathana is seeking a Security Lead to own ICT accreditation and security services for the International Engagement Project — a rare opportunity to shape the security posture of a capability supporting Australia's closest allied partnerships.

What you'll do

• Establish and lead the project's security function, supporting architecture, engineering and analysis.
• Define and specify systems interoperability from a security perspective.
• Implement security processes in line with the DDG Technical Assurance Framework (TAF).
• Own definition of security policies, practices and standards for the project's ICT systems.
• Coordinate with Defence security agencies to maintain correct security postures.
• Develop and maintain the full security documentation suite required for Defence ICT accreditation.
• Capture, document and drive remediation of risk mitigation controls.
• Support and monitor the certification and accreditation process end to end.

What you'll bring

• Solid experience delivering ICT security services on complex IT projects, with personal accountability for outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of relevant security frameworks (ISM, PSPF, or equivalent).
• Ability to implement information security policies, standards and procedures from scratch.
• Confidence engaging and influencing across all levels of an organisation.
• Minimum NV1 clearance required.
