We're after a System Engineer Lead to drive the technical engineering backbone of the International Engagement Project — reporting to the Project Manager and working alongside the Solution Lead, Security Lead and Network Engineer to deliver a robust, accredited ICT solution.
What you'll do
- Develop and document the Systems Engineering Management Plan (SEMP).
- Develop the Test and Evaluation Master Plan (TEMP) and Verification Cross Reference Matrix (VCRM).
- Develop the Integrated Logistics Support Plan (ILSP).
- Work with the Solution Lead to produce CIOG TAF architectural views (System View, Data and Information Viewpoint).
- Support development of the Solution Architecture Definition (SAD) / High Level Design (HLD).
- Support the Security Lead's documentation suite for Certification and Accreditation.
- Manage Service Change and Transition to Support activities and documentation.
- Run the required MPI System Reviews (SDR, DDR, TRR, TSR).
What you'll bring
- Proven experience leading systems engineering on complex ICT solutions.
- Strong communicator, able to translate technical detail for non-technical stakeholders.
- Effective planner with solid time management.
- AGSVA clearance — minimum NV1, with ability to upgrade to NV2.
- Australian citizenship required.
