Nathana is looking for a senior Network Engineer to design and deliver secure, resilient network infrastructure for the International Engagement Project, with a strong focus on gateway and cloud connectivity supporting Five Eyes and AUKUS partner access.
What you'll do
- Design network architecture spanning LAN, WAN and cloud connectivity.
- Ensure designs align to organisational standards, security policy and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct capacity planning, performance analysis and network optimisation.
- Lead technical evaluations and recommend new technologies or upgrades.
- Maintain network documentation, diagrams and configuration standards.
- Translate business requirements into technical network solutions with stakeholders.
- Provide expert-level support for complex network issues and escalations.
- Contribute to disaster recovery planning and network resilience strategy.
What you'll bring
- Extensive experience in enterprise network design and engineering.
- Strong grasp of gateways, F5, routing, switching, firewalls and network security.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper or equivalent platforms.
- Cloud networking knowledge (AWS, Azure) and virtualisation experience.
- Relevant certifications (CCNP, CCDP or equivalent) highly regarded.
- NV2 clearance required.
