We're seeking a Delivery Manager to coordinate implementation work packages across the International Engagement Project and own stakeholder engagement and communications — including coalition and cross-agency engagement with Five Eyes and AUKUS partners.
What you'll do
- Manage delivery of work packages to agreed time, cost and service acceptance criteria.
- Develop stakeholder engagement plans and communication material, including coalition and cross-agency engagement.
- Run regular, accurate stakeholder communications through workshops, knowledge-transfer sessions and sync-ups.
- Support the Engineering Manager on support planning, transition-into-service and sustainment readiness.
- Provide SME input to the Capability Manager and Sponsor on end-user capability support.
- Monitor and manage risks/issues, ensuring timely treatment to protect delivery timeframes.
- Report on work package delivery status and escalate issues through the right channels.
- Coordinate change and transition activities for implementation and service acceptance.
What you'll bring
- Proven ICT implementation delivery experience in a similar environment.
- Strong written and verbal communicator, comfortable with both business and technical audiences.
- A team-first attitude with the initiative to get things done.
- Experience in support and transition planning.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with real attention to detail.
- Australian citizenship and minimum NV1 AGSVA clearance required.
